The bot recognizes keywords and phrases in questions entered by the user in natural language, and returns the most appropri-ate answer. The bot can easily be configured for channels like Amazon Alexa, Google Assistant and Facebook Messenger using OBCS and connected to existing systems using MCS. The bot utilizes IBCS that leverages a set of Oracle Mobile Cloud Service APIs for Mobile push notifications, Tracking/ Analytics, storage, and database.
